At Columbia Studios we wanted to create spaces that invite connection and discovery, fostering a community where like-minded individuals can come together, share experiences, and feel truly at home.
To ensure the building feels open and respects tenants' privacy, we prioritized creating spacious, open areas rather than densely packed structures. By incorporating carefully designed voids as a primary design element, we aimed to break up the density and provide breathing room within the building. This approach not only enhances privacy but also creates a sense of openness, allowing tenants to enjoy a more comfortable and relaxed environment.
